The only bone I have to pick with them is when I signed the paperwork the first time they told me my extended warranty was good for seven years from the date of purchase or 150,000 total miles. Two weeks later I had to go in and sign them again they told me seven years from manufacturer's date which means only 3years left or 150,000 miles (91,000). I said no so they changed to 5 years from purchase date 36,000 miles from purchase date. I didn't like it but it was better. I felt like I was lied to. More
This is the dealership everyone warned you about. I found the Jeep that I wanted on their web site. I live over 140 miles from the dealership, so I called about it and we made the deal on the phone. I found the Jeep that I wanted on their web site. I live over 140 miles from the dealership, so I called about it and we made the deal on the phone. He said it was on the lot and he would have it ready for me. When we arrived, we spotted a jeep of a different color and we guessed that was the vehicle. It was, with a different color interior. He pointed out a dent in the vehicle stating they would fix it and the vehicle I made the deal on was loaned out. We went to see if there was anything else on the lot I might be interested in. He even showed us a Hyundai, I wanted a jeep. As we came back to the showroom, we also noticed damage to the front end of the Jeep that he had ready for me. I didn't want the damaged vehicle and I wasn't going to pay for a new vehicle when it had been loaned out with extra miles on it. He said that he would make me a great deal and headed for the sales managers office. When he came back he was showing me what my payments would be. I moved that paper to see the "deal". It was over a thousand dollars higher than the agreed upon price. I had also qualified for a $500 rebate which had disappeared. I said a few choice words that I shouldn't have and we walked out of the dealership. Then the calls started trying to get us to come back. I quit answering my phone and the text messages started. Wasted my friends time and wear and tear on his vehicle to drive me there and back for nothing. Over 280 miles for nothing. I gave it one star because they didn't have any negative stars for me to check. More
My salesperson was Levi Botts. Young man who gave me lots of freedom to look at models and gave a good explanation of what was to be our 2022 Santa Fe. Always tried to arrange the best deal, hard in t lots of freedom to look at models and gave a good explanation of what was to be our 2022 Santa Fe. Always tried to arrange the best deal, hard in these times, and made himself available anytime we wanted to explore the vehicle. Could not be happier. Also the Service Manager, Zeb Nageotte, took the time to explain various aspects of service offered and commented on his experience. Both gentlemen were very polite when my wife came in for the final paperwork. All other employees were there to greet us and answer any questions when Levi was busy with our paperwork. More
I spent $860 to fix fuel leak on 2005 Dodge Dakota. Forced to leave vehicle over long weekend holiday. When I picked it up, noticed the vehicle was extremely dirty on the outside. After spending that k Forced to leave vehicle over long weekend holiday. When I picked it up, noticed the vehicle was extremely dirty on the outside. After spending that kind of money or having any service at this location, I would think the vehicle would be cleaned…leaving a positive impression…encouraging customers to remember them in order to get return business. Fletcher definitely missed the mark on this customer. More

Worse customer service, called the dealership for information about gap insurance. Spoke with a finance person name Kevin, he is unprofessional and rude, he said through the phone he is busy with cli information about gap insurance. Spoke with a finance person name Kevin, he is unprofessional and rude, he said through the phone he is busy with clients. Pretty much rushing me to hang up, Why pick up if you’re busy? I recommend to look else where, cause you’ll have to speak with him for your paper work. Save the time and go a different dealership, where they appreciate your time. More
7200 miles on my new 2020 hyundai elantra. Transmission went out and the sensors aren't working, as no check engine light ever came on. I could not be more disappointed in this vehicle. went out and the sensors aren't working, as no check engine light ever came on. I could not be more disappointed in this vehicle. More
misdiagnosed 3x In an attempt to make an extremely long and frustrating story short, I'll only touch on some facts. I took my jeep to their on location repair center In an attempt to make an extremely long and frustrating story short, I'll only touch on some facts. I took my jeep to their on location repair center in Joplin in order to fix an ABS sensor light that kept comming on. Their diagnosis was a faulty gear shifter assebmly....so I paid to replace it. I took the car back very soon after we picked it up with the problem still occurring only for them to tell me that the ignition needed replaced....so I paid to replace it. Once more, I returned the car more frustrated than ever with the same problem. They told me two control modules needed replaced. You guessed right...I replaced them. Here's is why I believe they possess a huge void in the morals department. It turns out they had been driving my car in order to replicate the problem...all good not a problem...what they did not expect was for me to drive by and find my jeep in a random driveway in a town 20 miles away. As it would turn out they left it as a LOANER for one of their other customers to use while they fix her car, with the keys in it unlocked. UNLOCKED! In conclusion nothing was fixed, the problem still remains and all I want is my money back. I was without a car the entire time they had it (two months or more all together), If you're ok with them loaning out your car to complete strangers then go for it. I'll be looking anywhere else to take my business and recomend you do the same. More
