We decided to downsize slightly from our faithful 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan to a Kia Soul. We had reviewed them on the internet and through Consumer Reports, and found that we might be interested in the s Dodge Grand Caravan to a Kia Soul. Since we had bought our Dodge at Frank Fletcher's Dodge, we decided to go to his dealership for Kia's and check them out. We arrived on a chilly Saturday morning and started looking at the cars. My wife had decided on this new 2014 Soul, when we were greeted by Ali, who proceeded to assist use by answering our questions. Once we took the test drive, we both decided that this was the car. Ali worked up all the paperwork and after a while, went and insured the car was clean, and ready with a full tank, and our plates moved over, and we were on our way. I would highly recommend Frank Fletcher Kia, as an outstanding dealership who works hard to earn your business. More

In July 2013 I was searching for a white Kia Sorento with 3rd row seating. The salesman at Frank Fletcher Kia was friendly and showed me what was available on the lot. I made it clear what I wanted to pay, 3rd row seating. The salesman at Frank Fletcher Kia was friendly and showed me what was available on the lot. I made it clear what I wanted to pay, and if what I wanted was not possible then I was fine with keeping my Kia Optima. The white Sorento they had was a fancier package than I wanted to pay for, but they had a black one in my price range. I decided I didn't want black, and the salesman tried to convince me to put down $1,000 to afford the white one they had in stock. He went as far as to tell me there were NO white kia sorentos with 3rd row seating avaiable anywhere within 5 states. When I declined to settle on the black one, (especially since I had already priced some that were available in Dallas) and was walking out the door he "got lucky" and somehow found what i wanted. We agreed on everything and I came to pick it up the next day. Papers were signed, everyone was happy. Then one week later, the dealership calls wanting to know where my down payment of $1,000 is. I did not agree to any down payment, nor did anyone mention it, or ask for it when we signed papers. I was very upset but Jonathan Wichman called & appologized, made me believe it was an honest misunderstanding. He said to make up for my bad experience he would send me a check for $500 (after they received my down payment that I did not agree to) After our conversation I felt better about my service and sent the Kia dealership a check. I waited A MONTH after the check cleared to begin calling to remind Jonathan Wichman to send my $500, as I suspected he would "forget". I understand people are busy and he has many customers. But I have called several times over the past few months, (left multiple messages with a secretary named Sara) and he doesnt even have the courtesy to return my phone calls, much less do what he said he would do and send my check. I am disgusted with this horrible customer service; he couldn't have made it more obvious that he does not care one bit after the sale is made. More
The guys at Fletcher Kia were wonderful, helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. I genuinely enjoyed my car buying experience. They gave me such a great deal on the financing and even called me back a few days later to tell me they had found me an even BETTER deal! I would certainly reccomend this dealership to anyone who is tired of those puchy sales people and looking for a great deal and fun experience! More
The overall experience was good. I think the wait was a little longer than usual after doing paperwork to get into car, but daughter was ok with her new car. I would've liked more one on one about the financing options instead of one going back and forth between us and ones putting it thru. But, we did get car and happy with it. More
