Most Awesome When I went to the car lot looking for a car it was for my son who is in college.My son found one he liked on Sunday.Took me out to look at it and he When I went to the car lot looking for a car it was for my son who is in college.My son found one he liked on Sunday.Took me out to look at it and he decided to sleep on it .Well he made up his mind so we went back to the car lot to check it out.I was dreading going because to me going to a car lot is like having vultures all over you they swoop in to sell,sell,sell.Well it was not like that J,B handed my son his business card they talked briefly about the marine corps and my son decided that he wanted that car because we were so impressed by J.B's sales tactics.He wasn't pushy at all very personable made you feel like you were family.I loved the experience.Then my granddaughter got a car from him same thing ,not pushy.My other son went to J.B. and he tried desperately to get my son the car he wanted but could not find one.Not from a lack of trying,he tried.Called every Carlot Fletcher had but could not come up with the car.I am very impressed by J.B .I too will be getting a car from him eventually.I also want to say we did try another car lot before Fletcher.You could not pay me enough to recommend those people.The sales person we dealt with, just did not have it.Thank God for J.B ,he changed my mind about car salesman. More

Never take your vehicle to the service department I would never take your vehicle to the service department I purchased a 2013 F150. Oil drain plug was Loctite on the filter was on so tight filter wre I would never take your vehicle to the service department I purchased a 2013 F150. Oil drain plug was Loctite on the filter was on so tight filter wrench poked a hole into it. I turn the filter half away and it still on very tight. Is there service department really that poor are there guys that unfit to even change oil I would hate to see a bigger job be done by them! They will never touch this truck again !!!! More

In adequate service I called the service department to order some tires for my 2015 ford transit on Tuesday. For my service appointment on Friday.
