I took my 2016 ford explorer sport in to get the A/C leak repaired and they said they had found the issue and that it was a Schrader Valve issue. However this was my 2nd attempt at a dealership fixing the is repaired and they said they had found the issue and that it was a Schrader Valve issue. However this was my 2nd attempt at a dealership fixing the issue. The first one said it was the A/C compressor and they replaced it and all the coolant leaked out and stopped working withing 2 weeks. The other dealership also argued with me as well so I decided to take it to Frank Fletcher Ford thinking they could get it done and they said it was a shader valve and that they had fixed it and again within 2 weeks the coolant leaked out again and stopped working. After being aggravated and not having my car for months being in the shop back to back for the same issue and fall has hit so I didn't need the A/C anymore I didn't want to take it back. However summer hit and I have 3 kids that I need this car for and blazing 100degree weather I had no choice but to take it back. Within less than an hour they had said they found the issue with the A/C condenser and I was going to have to pay even though they had miss diagnosed it the first time and charging me twice for a workmanship issue. I had said they didn't fix it the first time and they decided to use probable deniability saying there is no way to tell if this happened after. However this was not my first time trying to get it fixed and it always leaked the coolant within the same time frame. This is why I know it was a miss diagnostics because they have guessed on the fix multiple times and the fix never holds. Also once in the past I had to take it back for realignment because they did an alignment and it was not correct so they corrected it the 2nd time and they said in quote "it looked like the guy didn't know what he was doing" so there work quality is already showing low due to lack of training. I just want it done right so my children don't have to bake in a black car in 100 degree weather overtime I take them anywhere. More

First they sold the car we were buying from underneath us. Our second choice we ended up buying. Picked it up drove maybe a block engine light came on. Called a week later got that fixed. Which was made when we picked up the vehicle. It gets better all my original paper still said the other car. Finally after a month of having the car the Bluetooth goes out now with all their mistakes and issues they want us to pay for it. On top of everything else we finally got the title more than a month after purchasing the car. This place is a joke called the parts department about the Bluetooth was on hold for over an hour have the screen shot to prove it. The sales guy was great but that is the only things I can say that is nice about this dealership. I am writing to Ford Motor Company. We will never be back. More

Neglect and Poor Management I brought in our Ford Fusion on Tuesday and was quoted a 5 hour repair time for 2 recalls that were needed on the vehicle. I agreed to the quote and g I brought in our Ford Fusion on Tuesday and was quoted a 5 hour repair time for 2 recalls that were needed on the vehicle. I agreed to the quote and gave the Service Department my keys. It carried over until Wednesday which was kind of expected but was a little surprised no one informed us they would be closed for the fourth... Then comes Thursday and by noon after 2 phone calls I find out they won't finish until Friday.... I ask if they can just put it back together and we can bring it in another time to get the rest of it finished and the Service manager says "yeah we can bring it around for you"...I ask so by bring it around do you mean to tell me you haven't started on it at all? She says "to be honest no I don't believe we have." So I picked the car up basically after they stored it on their lot for 3 days. We had the appointment set for Tuesday. Normal people can't hardly afford to go a day without their car let alone 3 ..We had our car there on time for our appointment so there is no reason except for blatant disregard of customer service to not honor the quoted time. Even so it shouldn't take 3 days.... I'll be going to Carthage Ford for my next Service... More
