Michael King suggested we try for a new one since with available rebates and lower interest rate on a new truck his payment would not be much higher than a used late model with low miles. He was able to get him in a new Dodge Ram with cheaper monthly payments than several used we had looked at. This is our second purchase in a year with Michael King. We highly recommend him as a salesman. More

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! So, my new Jeep Cherokee started leaking water into my passenger side floor after 18,000 miles. I took my car to the dealer where purchased, Fletcher So, my new Jeep Cherokee started leaking water into my passenger side floor after 18,000 miles. I took my car to the dealer where purchased, Fletcher Dodge in Jonesboro, AR, to have the problem fixed. After returning the third time, due to problem not being corrected, I was told by a VERY rude sales manager, Josh Brown, to take it to another dealer for a second opinion. Really, I thought you were to return to the place of purchase for service! After contacting corporate office, my car is still in the shop at Fletcher and service department cannot find the problem. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now and still have the same problem. After the service that we have received, or lack of service I should say, I will NEVER own another Chrysler product!! Horrible Service after the sale! So I buy a Brand new Ram 2500 in October 2015 everything goes great with my Salesmen Robert Walters Great guy buy the way did his best to take care of So I buy a Brand new Ram 2500 in October 2015 everything goes great with my Salesmen Robert Walters Great guy buy the way did his best to take care of me after the sale too.. he is no longer with Fletcher unfortunately but i feel obligated to share my experience.. incident #1 involved trailer running light fuse going out.. and it taking 2 trips and me paying for parts amd labor to fix it.. truck was 2 months old with 3,000 miles Bumper to Bumper Warranty?? I was refunded my labor cost after first review was left and i took it down.. but the 2nd incident.. involved first oil change in March of 2016. I take my 50,000+ Cummins diesel truck to Fletcher for 1st free oil change (only went because it was free) they absolutely screw it up all over again. First they start the truck and oil is shooting out of the oil filter gasket like massively spewing out.. they redo that change that day.. I don't make a big fuss.. because robert made sure they redone it right. Except for the fact that it wasn't done right the 2nd time.. I hook up my 9500 pound trailer and drive 12 hours unknowingly its leaking oil the whole time and the motor is $15,000+.. so i go back pretty irate the 3rd time same problem.. They finally fix it.. and offer more free oil changes as compensation (No Thanks). I am just sharing my experience so other cummins owners can know not to take it to fletcher for service. More

It We recently bought a new jeep from Fletcher Dodge. The sales manager showed us a very misleading and deceptive video about a product called Xzilon. It was shown to prevent windshield damage. The video is so convincing we purchased this product, which was not cheap!! Well 5 months later I have a crack in my windshield so I call and speak to the sales manager and he informs me there is nothing they can do for me. He states it's preventive nothing more. He actually compared It to a recall! So unhappy with this dealership! We will never do business with them again! The Xzilon company was no help either!! More

First of all this is the second time I've dealt with this company the first time I tried buying the car and the car was sold out from under me before First of all this is the second time I've dealt with this company the first time I tried buying the car and the car was sold out from under me before I could even get back to purchase the car went to the bank and the money was going back to the car and was the car was sold out from under me because I love customer offered more money as they said so they went with the higher bidder that was the first strike this is the last straw I went 2 weeks ago to go and look at a car I talked to moiser about the car he insured me that I could possibly get the car which I had my doubts but I said I would try to see what he can work out went to Fletcher Dodge the next day to talk to him receive the truck almost finished the application till the gentleman said that looking at my credit that I would have to have a cosigner I didn't really want to use my ex as a cosigner but so I told them to just turn the application up I left it on the person that originally was going to co-sign for me besides that they were going to try and pursue and see if they can get it based on their credit and they ran my credit anyway without my permission that was the first strike the force which shouldn't even have them was that they ran my credit and then didn't do anything else it's not my credit Point down to 10 points I called 2 weeks ago this Monday to talk to the gentleman about taking this off of my credit because I never authorized it verbally or signed anything I was told by the manager that I did find something when I know well I didn't sign anything or give verbal permission for it to be ruined and he proceeded to tell me I was a lot which was 412 militant to mean that I'd be called the lie about something that I treasure it which is my credit and then they act like they didn't want to have no dealings with me the salesman never called me not one time during the time that I was trying to preserve the car to ask me any questions or talk to me he talk to everybody else other than me and when I tried to get ahold of the salesman so that we can talk he still did not call me and two weeks later I have to call them and then get treated like a pretty much a dog I would never go back to this company again. More
