The sales staff at Frank Fletcher was by far the most courteous and professional at a dealership I have visited while in the market for a vehicle. Even when looking at the vehicle I wanted, which was par courteous and professional at a dealership I have visited while in the market for a vehicle. Even when looking at the vehicle I wanted, which was parked about 100 yards from the office in about 30 degree weather, Todd Wells walked over to assist me. He seemed to know every detail of every vehicle in the lot and was super nice. He was patient with all questions I had as a first time buyer and made sure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted, not something I just had to settle for. Financing was a great experience with Caleb Brewington not giving up until he found me the best interest rate and payment, along with making the extended warranty affordable and a no brainer. I will continue to purchase from this dealership and do my business with this sales staff and would recommend anyone in the market. More

Todd Wells was great to buy from ,straight forward and honest. It was nice to not have to "deal further" when we got there. Everything was ready to go. Visited to trade in my Dakota for a new Ram. Todd was extremely helpful with finding me a new vehicle, which i love by the way, and the finance manager was nice and helpful. Although I would have preferr extremely helpful with finding me a new vehicle, which i love by the way, and the finance manager was nice and helpful. Although I would have preferred a lower monthly payment, they did what they could within the constraints of the financial system. Overall very satisfied. Would do business with them again. We have traded with this dealership for years and continue to use them because of their good customer service and willingness to work with us on deals that we feel are good. We received a letter telling us of the sale going on the last day of the year and decided to just check it out and look. We had received a courtesy call from Mike Proffitt a couple days before the sale after I did the RSVP, so we asked for him when we arrived. We received a WalMart gift card and a Starbucks gift card just for attending. Mike asked us what we were interested in and I told him we were just browsing and didn't know if we were ready to trade again yet. Mike went above and beyond to try and help us find what we were looking for. He was very professional and a very good salesman. We traded vehicles and he got us a deal we thought was good and even showed us how to set the clock and calibrate the compass setting. He is the first car salesman that we have ever had that was interested enough to make sure we knew how everything was set and worked in the new vehicle before we left the lot. It is salesmen like Mike that make a car dealership worth trading with. Everyone else we dealt with including Caleb who explained the financial part and finalized the paperwork was very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make us feel good about being there. As I stated earlier, we have traded with this dealership for a long time and will continue to use them as long as they have employees like Mike Proffitt that make us feel good about making a major purchase. While visiting my local Dodge dealership I was introduced to Todd by one of the other employees who spoke of him highly, as he straved to help me in every way he could coming and going and checking out any a to Todd by one of the other employees who spoke of him highly, as he straved to help me in every way he could coming and going and checking out any ane all possibilities available for me to purchase a new vehicle; I could not help but notice the 12 to 13 placts on his wall which really caught my attention. After meeting and seting down and talking with Todd I then begin to relize why he had sooooo many placts on his wall, it was because after the effort he put forth showed me he deserved each and every one of them. Todd made me feel like I am an american and I do deserve a piece of that american pie!!! More
