i set up an online appointment to have my truck worked on , I never received a confirmation could not get in contact with anyone in the service department. took my truck over on Thursday morning dropped it o , I never received a confirmation could not get in contact with anyone in the service department. took my truck over on Thursday morning dropped it off was told that they would diagnose my problem and contact me to see what I wanted to do with it. It is now Saturday afternoon still no word and still can't get in touch with anyone in the service department, i have bought my last three vehicles here . but will not use them again. More

This is my second new car purchased at Frank Fletcher Dodge. My first was a 2010 Charger in 2009. My overall experience at Fletcher was great. Michael "non" Proffitt definitely earned his nickname:) He helped me out quite a bit and pulled out all stops. He got me in the car I wanted.
