Went to have my wife's CD changer repaired under warranty on her Chrysler Pacifica. 1. For three months I tried to get back the CD changer so I could get the CD's out. After being forced to call the repair place myself (it wasn't even at that repair place) I was told there was no CD's in it. 4. They left extra screws on the floor of the vehicle. Not a good sign.
