Although I’d made an appointment through their online system, they didn’t seem to know I was coming. At least they were able to squeeze me in. And of course the service prices are higher at the dealer th system, they didn’t seem to know I was coming. At least they were able to squeeze me in. Was given the run around - unacceptable! Said they were waiting on a technician to evaluate engine light on. Had nothing to do with an oil change, did not get the oil changed and technician was not availa waiting on a technician to evaluate engine light on. Had nothing to do with an oil change, did not get the oil changed and technician was not available for two days as they said they had to keep car. Was told we were next in line - another day later still no tech. More

Could be the worst service center in Texas. i have been needing warranty work done on my 2021 gmc . The service department has told me they are behide 4-5 days for a month and a half. i needed an oil chang needing warranty work done on my 2021 gmc . The service department has told me they are behide 4-5 days for a month and a half. i needed an oil change so I scheduled a appointment today and he said the would look at the leveling system since it said it needs to be serviced . When I took it in this morning Sammy said they couldnt look at it for 3-4 days but he can do the oil change today. He told my wife they would look at the leveling system toady while it was in for an oil change but changed his story when I tried to drop it off today . More
