Ronnie was so nice and professional when I booked an appointment to take care of the Takota Airbag recall. I got my oil done the day before everything was okay went the next day to get an alignment. Scheduled the service at 7am thinking it would get done quicker. On arrival they told me the my vehicle wouldn’t be the next day to get an alignment. Scheduled the service at 7am thinking it would get done quicker. On arrival they told me the my vehicle wouldn’t be serviced till 8am. Which I was not informed on the website where is scheduled the appointment. After waiting for two hours I asked on the time and was informed that my vehicle was still sitting outside. I asked what was the problem and was told that there was a vehicle from the day before that was still getting worked on. What I don’t understand is why they couldn’t inform me about this issue. They told me that it wouldn’t be done till 12pm which would have been fine if they would have told me ahead of time. More
