Was not treated like a preferred customer. Not offered any discount or coupon savings even though you email and mail me a number of them. I had to ask why no discount to get the average customer 10%. I am surprised in this age of technology that a customer status is not part of my record. Are the counter people paid on commission? More interested in selling me something than providing customer service. I guess a new building and all the tech tools means less customer care. Dustin couldn’t have cared less if I had bought or leased 4 vehicles from the dealership and had ALL my maintenance needs serviced at the dealership for over 20 years. Anneke at the KIA would never have treated me in this manner. Oh how I wished my express service could have been done there rather than the shiny new building ……. Good old fashioned customer care still matters! More
I arrived 1hr early for my appointment. (my mistake) They were able to squeeze me in ahead of time. Since I hadn't eaten lunch, I asked for a recommendation for a restaurant.
