With Thanksgiving travel season rapidly approaching, Dan in the service department was able to get my vehicle in just time before holiday travel. I dropped our van off at 7am and it was done by 8:30am. The shuttle service was also excellent as they came and picked me up from work to get my vehicle when it was done. Thanks! More

Prompt and friendly service I brought my car in for its scheduled servicing and received my car back when they said it would be completed. The service department (I’ve worked with Annicka- hope I spelled her name right- and Chris) is professional. My most recent visit, the manager, Chris, took care of my vehicle needs and he took his time to explain things I didn’t understand. Boucher ought to be thankful for such faithful employees. Good staff is very difficult to find. More
Certified Preowned warranty is meaningless to them I bought a 2016 "Certified Preowned" Volkwagen Jetta on Friday 9/13 (hmm Friday the 13th...). Whilst on the drive home on the interstate, I realized t I bought a 2016 "Certified Preowned" Volkwagen Jetta on Friday 9/13 (hmm Friday the 13th...). Whilst on the drive home on the interstate, I realized that the brakes were vibrating severely when I pressed them harder and going at higher speeds. Something I didn't do on the test drive. Perhaps my fault for not inspecting further, but I mistakenly thought the Certified Preowned warranty had some meaning (described as 2 year, 24000 mile, bumper-to-bumper). I called about an hour down the road and they said that my local dealer should be able to help. They were not helpful, but the local dealer (Grossinger... also stay away) is notorious for terrible service. I didn't want to keep driving with the vibrating brakes and cause further damage, and I needed a car, so I ended up taking it to my trusted mechanic and paid $613 for all new rotors and brake pads. I'll post pics of the rotors here later, but it turns out that they were rusted beyond repair for the car sitting too long. Today is Thursday 9/19, and the responses I keep getting from Frank Boucher people is "oh, we need to talk to [so and so]", or "my service guy is looking into the records". It's so sad to find out that these warranties are meaningless to the dealers. I've been scammed. I like the car, but so upset about the loss of peace-of-mind that the warranty is supposed to bring. 2014 Kia Forte breaking system dangerous! We have owned many small cars and never had this issue. Snow is the worst for breaking! The breaks lock up and you slide. The computer system with the abs is configured wrong. You can feel it and as his wife I hate driving it. Something feels off. Never had this issue as, I said with any other car. We have complained about this issue since the day it was purchased. The “mechanic” tells us no problem. My husband is a professional driver and know more on how to handle a vehicle better then most. This is NOT normal! Does someone need to be injured or killed before they listen or do anything? Thinking so, almost out of warranty and thinking that’s the hope. Then they would hit us with the cost to repair the issue. Anyone else having issues with Kia breaking system? They need to hear it and loudly please. The stopper is not my issue for the breaking system how about you? More
