Appointment for Service I had an appointment for service, which I cancelled. Dan called me to offer to pick up my car and return it upon completion of service. Outstanding Service I purchased my 2011 Sportage as a new vehicle here and have had it serviced here since. Recently it was displaying the Malfunction error message. That I purchased my 2011 Sportage as a new vehicle here and have had it serviced here since. Recently it was displaying the Malfunction error message. That puts terror in your heart to say the least. I was able to get an appointment the same day and the problem(s) were diagnosed quickly. Communication with me was excellent and Chris and Annica in the service center explained the problems so that I could understand what was going on. The repairs were made quickly as well and I was back on the road the next day. And to my delight, upon picking up my car it had been washed, vacuumed and had shiny tires - all above and beyond my expectations! More
