Everything has been a mess with purchasing my car from here. Came with a scratch and not detailed cause the detailed and manager was sick. Which is okay I understand things happen. Called dealership three times to speak to manager about scheduling an appointment for these manors to get taken care of. No one reached backed out to me after calling twice. Finally got a call back after reaching out to educators who I’m leasing through. Brought my car in for the appointment my sales guy Mitch had made for me and the service department had no clue what I was there for. Since they weren’t aware I had a “appointment” they couldn’t give me an estimated time to pick up my car. Which I needed it by 3:00 and dropped it off at 8:00. Called around noon to get an estimate pick up time and was transferred twice and waited on hold for 20 minutes. When going to pick vehicle up the scratch that was supposed to be fixed and the main reason it was there WAS STILL THERE! I had pointed out to the gentleman in service that , that was the main purpose of the vehicle being there. Also for it supposedly getting a detail the goo from the window sale sheet was still in the window and the floor mats were dirty. Beyond frustrating that I had to sit at home on my only day off without a vehicle for the issue it was there for to not even be fixed. I will not be buying another car there. More

courteous staff. Only issue I have is when you have an appt. 30 days in advance for 3 diff recalls. You should have had ordered the parts or had them instock.
