Needed work done, engine replaced and then I had multiple issues arise in which was stated not their fault however when it was in my possession I did not have those issues. I couldn't prove it so it became he said she said. I've been without a car, no loaner for weeks. I had to go out there 3x in one day in which was a huge inconvenience. Now there's a delay in a part needed I. Which is causing additional setbacks and inconvenience. Nothing was offered to accommodate the poor service I was receiving besides free labor on my o2 sensor however that was after many many issues and visits. To me that was an omission of guilt. I want to know what you can do to make this right. Free or complete detail service, tires, a gift card, a TV in which they have in the lobby, gas card or something... I just don't know how you can bring a car in for 1 issue in which was no fault of my own and it evolve into this huge nightmare. The worst experience ever. It's been exhausting! More
