We were hearing a squealing noise coming from our Kia. We took it in and the service technicians put it up on a rack to recreate the sound. It took under an hour. From that we were able to decide whether or not we needed to have it done immediately or wait a bit. There was no hard sell or pressure to get it fixed right away. Service was very good, after the actual problem was diagnosed. Initially I had to reiterate that it was not the battery that was the problem. After they acknowledged the starter solenoid was bad I was diagnosed. Initially I had to reiterate that it was not the battery that was the problem.
