As the part (a rear-view mirror) was an older version, the Annica Abbot worked with one of the service techs (who's name I sadly didn't get) and was able to get the mirror installed and it looks perfect. I have no doubt where I will be returning for service on both of my Kia's and also our Hyundai. Amazing staff at this dealership. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and like the most important customer there. More

Not only did they not have a loaner vehicle they broke my engine cover replacing my transmission. They almost gave me the wrong vehicle .
