Fantastic experience. No feeling of being amongst "Car Salesmen". Everybody was friendly, went out of their way to help, including paperwork, rebates, anything that could help. Seemed more like "Car Salesmen". Everybody was friendly, went out of their way to help, including paperwork, rebates, anything that could help. Seemed more like working on a project with your friends than a process of buying a new vehicle. More
in a word, this dealership is outstanding! We purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento; we were very particular about color and trim level/features. Scott Westbrook went the extra mile locating the vehicle we wanted and 2012 Kia Sorento; we were very particular about color and trim level/features. Scott Westbrook went the extra mile locating the vehicle we wanted and finalizing the deal. I can honeslty say that this purchase was an entirely pleasant experience...unlike some of our past vehicle purchases. Scott is honest, professional, and more than helpful...when Scott says "no worries" you can believe him!! Thanks again Scott and to the entire Boucher team More
boucher kia is by far the best dealership i came across in my car buying experiance ( visited at least 15 dealerships in two week span). the moment i walked through the door i was treated with first class in my car buying experiance ( visited at least 15 dealerships in two week span). the moment i walked through the door i was treated with first class care. sitting down with richard mokry i instantly laid down information that other dealerships lost interest in me after learning. my case- minimal down payment, bad credit, and major upside down loan. after they became aware of my situation, their level of courtesy and commitment did not downshift in the least way. i felt as if my situation was accepted as a goal rather than a headache. i took alot of the resources at the point in time. it seemed as if 4 people were running around doing what ever it took to find an option for me. not to mention i happened to stroll in 30 minutes before close and presented a headache. long story short they put me in a brand new vehicle AND treated me like royalty as if it was second nature. i definately recommend boucher kia to anybody and everybody. when the time comes, im going back to get my sports car! Buying your first "new" car should be an exciting experience. The sales man I had was unenthusiastic. I could tell I was just another face to him. I just wasnt impressed and told my father, exciting experience. The sales man I had was unenthusiastic. I could tell I was just another face to him. I just wasnt impressed and told my father, who accompanied me to purchase the vehicle, that he was rude. In the current economy sales and customer service should be your number one goal. I was almost ready to walk out of the dealership after test driving the car and taking a considerably long time, just to come up with numbers. Then the finance person came by and talked to me and explained that I had a great credit score and that I was low on credit. She said it shouldn't be a problem. I explained I had student loans but that my parents were helping to pay for them so I hoped it wouldn't affect me being approved. She didn't say anything negative and we continued the process. My car came from another dealer close by because I wanted a color they did not have. They scheduled me to pick up my car two days later at 5:00. They never actually got in contact with the manager at that dealership and long story short, I was unable to pick up the car. THey didn't explain to me that the car was not secured until that day when they needed to "reschedule" because they still didn't have the car. I expressed my frustrations and they made it up to me the day I came to pick up the vehicle. Fast forward a month later. I absolutely love my car and couldnt be happier with my choice. Until today when I opened up the mail to find out I was not approved for my loan. WHAT THE HECK. This is something that should have been established at the time of purchase! I now have to wait until they reopen to discuss this. WHat if I didn't have the means for a cosigner. I have never been more disappointed with customer service or a company. I would not reccommend this dealership to anyone. I would drive an hour elsewhere to find the car you want. Buying a car should be an enjoyable experience, not something that creates stress, interferes with your daily schedule at work and makes you second guess your purchase. More
Price negotiation was very fair. No high pressure tactics. Service at this dealer is exceptional. Chris in Kia service is very good to work with. Eric in Kia sales went out of his way to get me the c tactics. Service at this dealer is exceptional. Chris in Kia service is very good to work with. Eric in Kia sales went out of his way to get me the car that I wanted. I am very satisfied with the price I paid but I will try to do better next time. If I can get the same or similar deal in two years, I will likely trade at Boucher again. More
Boucher of Racine really went to bat for my husband and I. Keri Sparks was great with keeping in contact with us, and when it was time to actually look at a vehicle she introduced us to Eric Tharp who did I. Keri Sparks was great with keeping in contact with us, and when it was time to actually look at a vehicle she introduced us to Eric Tharp who did a wonderful job as our sales man. He listened to our needs and never once tried to push anything onto us that we did not want. Once we found the Nissan Murano we knew this was the vehicle. This is where Fran D'Amato came in and really went above and beyond for us and she is truly appreciated. Everyone was so pleasant and I felt like a person and not just the next sale. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience as it will always be remembered and we are truly grateful to have met such a wonderful team at Boucher in Racine, WI. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

My husband and I went to Boucher Volkswagon in Racine very interested in purchasing a new diesel jetta as a commuter car for my 260 mile per day round trip from Racine to Appleton. When we arrived we par very interested in purchasing a new diesel jetta as a commuter car for my 260 mile per day round trip from Racine to Appleton. When we arrived we parked our Saab next to the diesel jettas, eyeballed them, and then went looking for a salesperson so that we could take a vehicle for a test drive. No one greeted us for a long time and then finally a man in his early 40's came up to us and asked if we had been helped. We told him no and that we wanted to drive the jetta. He stampered away and then about 5 minutes later asked if we wanted the one with or without navigation - they both had navigation but ok, told him I wanted to drive the car to the left of mine and then he brought us the one to the right. No big deal, they were practically the same. He brought us the car and asked for out licenses. After a bit of a wait, he came back and got in the back seat. My husband and I were discussing the plastic trim, uncomfortable seats and lack of power options, I said the car was missing a lot of options and the salesman got irritated with me. He did not offer any options for packages / upgrades. We drove off and turned on the blinker to head right onto the road, he then yelled at my husband to turn left. My husband told him no, that we wanted to go right to try out streets for our usual commute and the salesman snapped rudely at him. At this point I told my husband to take the car back to the dealer and that I was unwilling to put up with this treatment. We had the car back in under one minute. As soon as we parked the car, the salesman grabbed the key from my husband and stormed back into the dealership leaving the car. I have never been so poorly treated before, this man was the absolute rudest salesperson I have ever encountered. We will never go back despite a history of car buying and using the service department and rather than the jetta, we will be buying a fiat. I was extremely disappointed. More
