Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. Frank Boucher Kia of Racine is just one of 18 franchises that operate in Southeastern Wisconsin, and we have been rated in the top 10% for customer satisfaction among dealerships in the United States.
