With Thanksgiving travel season rapidly approaching, Dan in the service department was able My wife received a quote for 4 new tires a few weeks ago. With Thanksgiving travel season rapidly approaching, Dan in the service department was able to get my vehicle in just time before holiday travel. I dropped our van off at 7am and it was done by 8:30am. The shuttle service was also excellent as they came and picked me up from work to get my vehicle when it was done. Thanks! More

Prompt and friendly service I brought my car in for its scheduled servicing and received my car back when they said it would be completed. They also washed my car, washed the ma I brought my car in for its scheduled servicing and received my car back when they said it would be completed. They also washed my car, washed the mats and fixed my license plate holder and plate that was broken by a different car wash company. I am a happy camper !!! More

The service department (I’ve worked with Annicka- hope I spelled her name right- and Chris) is professional. My most recent visit, the manager, Chris, took care of my vehicle needs and he took his time to explain things I didn’t understand. Boucher ought to be thankful for such faithful employees. Good staff is very difficult to find. More

Jeff, and the service department, have been great to work with. Friendly, helpful and nice customer waiting area! Kia store The good - Overall the dealership is fine. Bri did a very good job presenting the Sorento we ultimately purchased. She was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly no pressure. Also we did have a tire on our new / used car with a leak and Annika in service was great. The could be better - A paperwork mistake left a bad taste in our mouths. Somehow an error of $2000 happened. My wife asked what the final cost was, so we could bring the correct amount at closing. One of the F&I guys actually wrote the number and the preferred name of the dealership on a piece of paper for us. A day later we received a call that a mistake was made and we were short by $2000. The paperwork was correct but the mistake and call did tarnish our buying experience. Also we felt pressured by the sales pitch to buy the add on products . We know that is a big profit center for your store and we ultimately did buy the extended warranty but really not sure it was needed. More
