Let’s start by thanking Mitch for helping us and this review has no reflect on his service. The sales manager of the other hand were only good at sitting in there glass office and saying “No”. With tha review has no reflect on his service. The sales manager of the other hand were only good at sitting in there glass office and saying “No”. With that said purchasing a vehicle at this dealership was terrible. They are all about selling the car and profiting by the sale. They are not willing at all to negotiate and they are constantly pushing financing through them when someone already has it because they make money. They are constantly pushing the extended service plans when you’ve told them you don’t want it. They force you to have any repair the car needs to be done at that dealership even though there a Bouche closer to your home. They give you a promise to fix and then don’t get it done and then change it to a promise to inspect instead of fix. The cars are overpriced which make financing difficult as banks won’t give you over retail. When you finally reach an agreement because you have no choice and you need the car and get to signing the final paper work they tell you oops we made a mistake and you owe us some more. When you question it they state “ if you don’t like it don’t buy the car”. In addition they are not practicing COVID guidelines. No masks, nothing 6 feet apart sharing pens, no signs on the car that it was cleaned and we only saw one can of hand sanitizer. Refrigerator allowed customers to help themselves. No safety precautions. So if your looking for a dealership that seems to not care about their customers and is only looking to make a buck, go for it! We will not do it again More

Weren't prepared to fix a problem they knew about. I took my car in to have a brake cable fixed. The car had been looked at a week prior for tire rotation, oil change, ets.. When I brought in the car I took my car in to have a brake cable fixed. The car had been looked at a week prior for tire rotation, oil change, ets.. When I brought in the car in a week later to have the cable fixed, they told me I had to bring it in another day. They then told me that the reason I brought in in that day wasn't to have the cable fixed, but to have someone else look at it. They didn't have the cable, and the person who looked at it was leaving at that time.. The cable was almost snapped in half. Even I could tell it needed to be replaced, and I know nothing about cars. So they wanted me to come in a third time to have it replaced. I ended up going elsewhere and saved $150. I would have gladly paid you because I appreciated the service I had when my engine broke down. I was planning on going to Frank Boucher for all my car needs from now on, including getting a new car this summer. That will not be happening now. I will say that the staff were very friendly though. More
