Great Customer Service, poor quality of work It's unfortunate since the Customer Service takes care of you however the two times I have used their service department I was disappointed in the wor It's unfortunate since the Customer Service takes care of you however the two times I have used their service department I was disappointed in the work. The biggest issue was when we brought in our 2017 Kia Sedona for some recall work. Days after the work I realized that the technicians had not strapped our child car seats back in. Fortunately, we did not drive with them in the car, however, it could have been very dangerous if we had. The techs just put the seats right back where they were but did not strap them in. They didn't tell us either, which is the worst part. If they would have told us, that they weren't able to secure the seats that would have been fine, but not a word about it. The next time was a much smaller issue but still disappointing, we had recall service done on our 2012 Kia Sedona and we requested an oil change be done while the car was there. They said no problem. The shuttle driver picked me up, which by the way the shuttle service are driver were awesome, he gets 5 stars!, anyway, I returned to the dealership and had to wait another 20 minutes for the car and then I found out that they had not done the oil change that was requested. More
