We were hearing a squealing noise coming from our Kia. We took it in and the service technicians put it up on a rack to recreate the sound. It took under an hour. It was nothing major and the price quoted wa took it in and the service technicians put it up on a rack to recreate the sound. It took under an hour. Annica walked us back to the garage to show us exactly where the noise was coming from and compared it to the other areas of the vehicle. From that we were able to decide whether or not we needed to have it done immediately or wait a bit. There was no hard sell or pressure to get it fixed right away. Sales person never went over features of car. She didn't thank us for the sale. We had to wait around 45 minutes to get the car detailed and she kept coming back saying it will be ready soon. The person at the desk ignored us while we were waiting to pay, we had to ask the sales person if we needed to wait there, we just awkwardly stood there being ignored. After we got home, we realized that the car had no mats. I called and talked to the salesperson and she said she would get back to me. She hasn't over 2 weeks later now. I ended up buying the mats online, which would have only cost the dealer a little over $100 just to keep a customer happy. Cheap and careless. I contacted the Kia corporation and they offered mats for free from the dealer. I told them I already bought them and they offered the all weather mats. They said they would contact the dealer and the dealer would call me when they are ready to be picked up. I haven't heard anything and I don't expect to either. The closing salesman, the one that tries to sell upgrades, made a snarky remark about the car we chose. He said ready to drive home your Mazaradi? He went silent and said nothing at all after we didn't want any upgrades. He then stood up and walked to the door and then handed me a USB drive that I thought was a cheap gift, so I asked what is this? I took a closer look and realized what it was and said oh a usb drive? He said yes. It has the paperwork. Never gave the option of a printed copy, which I would have preferred. We never saw the paperwork that we signed except while signing. We had to guess what to do next, so we sat down again in the waiting area. As we were waiting, I saw a spare tire for sale. We asked our sales person if the tire was included and she said she had to check, she didn't know. She also asked us a bunch of personal questions and said she likes to get.to know her customers. She never told us anything about herself, why did she need to know? Never received follow up call to make sure car is ok . Car did not smell new. More

Service was very good, after the actual problem was diagnosed. Initially I had to reiterate that it was not the battery that was the problem. After they acknowledged the starter solenoid was bad I was diagnosed. Initially I had to reiterate that it was not the battery that was the problem. After they acknowledged the starter solenoid was bad I was very impressed with my whole experience. They honored my warranty & got it approved despite the mileage.
