We were hearing a squealing noise coming from our Kia. We took it in and the service technicians put it up on a rack to recreate the sound. It took under an hour. It was nothing major and the price quoted wa took it in and the service technicians put it up on a rack to recreate the sound. It took under an hour. Annica walked us back to the garage to show us exactly where the noise was coming from and compared it to the other areas of the vehicle. From that we were able to decide whether or not we needed to have it done immediately or wait a bit. There was no hard sell or pressure to get it fixed right away. The service was fast and they washed our car, which was really nice. More
