I hate buying cars because I never trust the sales people. I asked the guy handling the negotiation to be transparent with me and not to lie to me. He promised that they would be transparent because a sales person can never make their own deal it’s always gotta go up the ladder. My sales person Katie was sweet and helpful. But the finance guy, I knew something was up with him. He was a sweet talker and he tried to sell me every add on available. What he nor anyone else told me was that Kia has a general 3yr/36, 5yr/60 and 10yr/100k warranty. When he was trying to sell me all these add ins he showed me that warranty and I turned down all of the add-ons. He kept trying and then said I found a coupon that gives you the gap insurance and lowers your payment. Two weeks later I get the paper work from Kia and I was charged $2981 for an extended warranty, $750 for Gap insurance and $750 for property insurance which nobody seems to know what it is. It was the shadiest experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I’l never go back and if you go there, be cautious. On a good note, the GM Clay was genuine and tried to ease things. He was a nice guy and apologized. Be careful when buying, pay attention and ask questions. More

Overall a good experience but may I suggest that when it comes to the financing and the signing of all the documents, don't keep your customers in that room for well over an hour. I had an emergency brake problem; called Service Dept. and they got me in quickly. New front brakes in 1 hr. I was still able to make my next appointment. Tremendous service!
