Our experience with Lee McGee was fantastic. He went above and beyond. He really cared about our happiness. When we got brought to the financial gentleman, he seemed to speed through the part where ab above and beyond. He really cared about our happiness. The Sales Consultant, Noah Kleeburg, was a pleasure to work with. While I was visiting on the last day of the month, I didn't feel pressured to commit to a sale like I've felt at some other dealerships. work with. He was cool, calm, collected, and seemed genuinely honest and confident with showcasing vehicles. I did feel a little overwhelmed with the finance side of things with another representative and felt a bit rushed through the paperwork being that it was the end of the day. I was also pretty turned off the next day when I noticed Kia has a statement as part of their contracts stating they do not allow for a three-day cooldown period. I feel like that is something that should at least be pointed out while working through the contract process. Overall, it was a pretty good experience and I hope Noah is very successful working as a Sales Consultant for Frank Boucher Kia. More
