The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. Frank Boucher Kia of Racine is just one of 18 franchises that operate in Southeastern Wisconsin, and we have been rated in the top 10% for customer satisfaction among dealerships in the United States. Good service, although I had to call to find out if my recall repair part was received, after 5 weeks without any communication. When I called they had my part. Took another 4 weeks to be scheduled. Not a huge deal, as it was a recall, but.. not the best customer service. The recorded odometer reading was off by 12,100 also, I have 46,000, they recorded 58,100. More
