The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. Pros: The service experience was one of the better one's I've found in the area. Everyone is very kind and seemingly genuine. I really appreciate being greeted by name. Wait times are also very fair. Cons: Having been there before and spending a couple thousand dollars over multiple visits for routine maintenance, I was asked if this was my first time servicing the vehicle at this location upon my arrival at my most recent appointment. Sometimes I am greeted by name; sometimes I'm asked if this is my first time. One of the recommendations given was something I recently had done. When I mentioned that service was recently done, I was told it was recommended based on mileage (even though it was just performed at a prior visit within the same recommended mileage window). Sometimes services are recommended without them checking to see if the services are actually needed. It made me wonder if I said yes to the service, would they have looked to see that it was already recently completed and not needed or would they have just done it again? Keep good service records on your vehicles and know what has and hasn't been done. I can vouch for the work done. They do great work here. More
