Very hard to deal with I bought a new Kia forte in 2018 ran into what turned into a bad battery. I had the car towed to them ideas told they would check every thing out when no picked it up turns out all t ran into what turned into a bad battery. I had the car towed to them ideas told they would check every thing out when no picked it up turns out all they did was put a battery in they claimed they didn't check anything else I was told the car would be checked out top to bottom also they did nothing else normal when the car was brought it they check it out top to bottom still have 2 years left on the extended warranty they did clean the car or must dealership go through the car and clean it up car wash vacuum. I will never take it back to them I wil deal with Palman in Kenosha from now on I planed on buying a new car in July but certainly will not buy from them More

I purchased my wife's '22 Seltos here and worked with our Hyundai dealer and also Brandon Greeley on the delivery end of things. I was so impressed with the dealership that I brought it here for a simple wa Hyundai dealer and also Brandon Greeley on the delivery end of things. I was so impressed with the dealership that I brought it here for a simple warranty issue plus I needed a KIa part installed that I supplied. As the part (a rear-view mirror) was an older version, the Annica Abbot worked with one of the service techs (who's name I sadly didn't get) and was able to get the mirror installed and it looks perfect. I have no doubt where I will be returning for service on both of my Kia's and also our Hyundai. Amazing staff at this dealership. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and like the most important customer there. More
