I had no issues with the service that was performed or the customer service that was given. My issue is that I am getting told that I needed a $3500 repair for a new wiring harness when only one part of t the customer service that was given. My issue is that I am getting told that I needed a $3500 repair for a new wiring harness when only one part of the wiring harness needed to be replaced which when I look around would be around $150-$200 worth of work. The warranty did not cover because supposed rodent damage and then my insurance company would not cover because of an unnecessary repair when the part that needed to be repaired would be less than $200. When the service rep advised met that this is what is instructed by the company for repairs when something like this happens that makes me not to ever want to come to the dealership again. Makes me feel like I am getting scammed for unnecessary things. So I don't know what the best decision is at this point. More

The sales process was smooth, did not involve any of the common gimmick fees and price adjustments you might see at another dealer, and they were open and transparent about everything.
