The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. I was to go in for my back-up camera which did not display and sometimes I was not able to change the channel on my radio. Fifteen minutes before my husband was going to the day of the appointment, th display and sometimes I was not able to change the channel on my radio. Fifteen minutes before my husband was going to the day of the appointment, the camera and radio worked well. I canceled the appointment but my husband was already on his way and had the oil changed. Everything went very smoothly. Fair trade-in. Sales rep could have done a slightly better job of walking me through all the features of the new car......rather then referring me t Fair trade-in. Kia Konnect is inoperable but Kia Access is a good alternative. (Service at Boucher VW/Franklin on my previous Passat was always excellent.) More
