I feel Boucher has changed, instead of being helpful, I feel it is more about how much money they can make...I brought it in for an issue that was caused by Boucher (stripped oil plug) and they charged me feel it is more about how much money they can make...I brought it in for an issue that was caused by Boucher (stripped oil plug) and they charged me for this even though it was an issue they did! Granted it was only $5.00 but they also wanted to charge me for an oil change ($70) that I was not even due for, I was not paying that and decided to wait until the next time I needed one to complete that service. I also brought it in for a clanking/rattle noise, that was unaddressed and unfixed. Basically this visit was non-productive. Very unhappy with Boucher as of late. More
The head of service, Chris Miller, is amazing and professional and always ensures phenomenal service from his department. His customer service is the sole reason why I continue to have my car service professional and always ensures phenomenal service from his department. Can't wait until the market changes, maybe their attitude towards customer service will, too! I gave the Sales Manager, Brandon, exactly what I was looking for, regarding a lease, with understanding that it towards customer service will, too! I gave the Sales Manager, Brandon, exactly what I was looking for, regarding a lease, with understanding that it is not Absolute exact figures, but was looking for more than just 'Here's the cost.' ($100-$150 over their website for the identical/same VIN car.) Great, How did you get that number?! Asked 4x and they wouldn't give me a breakdown. I sent one, asking them to change any numbers incorrect. They ignored it completely and said they gave me all info they could. Just kept offering for me to come in even though I mentioned I have patients all day and live over an hour away and not coming in just to chit chat, but to sign. They just kept giving me the sales ploy and runaround. I completely understand and respect if they have in-house customers but I left 3 messages with Finance Team; Kody, 2 emails and 1 vmail, absolutely no contact back, as well as a message to Brad. The next day I sent a message to the GM, Clay. All of them, No reply of any kind. I then called and was directed to Carrie in the Finance Department, who was beyond short, didn't ask a thing or care (ex, not how many miles, down payment, etc.) Clearly nothing but a bother to her. After 3 hours of nothing, I called and spoke to Brandon who was prompt in having Tony contact me. Tony was fantastic with replies (only reason for 2 Stars) but unfortunately fell short when it came to specifics I had continually asked for. I felt like I was pulling teeth and/or swimming upstream for info the entire time, essentially trying to convince their company to let me lease a car from them, instead of the other way around and trying to earn my business. It was a sale that could not have been easier but it was too much for their location. I realize with the market, they don't need to care or give customers the service they use to, because the cars are selling so fast, even at the insane market prices but in my opinion, that's still no excuse for this company's lack of. I will see if another location will do a trade with them for this vehicle and work out the lease with them, or go elsewhere for another vehicle altogether - where they don't play games by not giving details unless I come in, nor treat me as incompetent, by saying there is nothing more they can tell me, when they haven't yet given me the specifics I asked for, especially regarding My money. I was trying to and choosing to give them my business/money; sorry that wasn't good enough for Frank Boucher in Racine. Which I am fully aware means nothing to them. . . and maybe therein lies the problem. I expressed all this (nearly verbatim) to Tonya, who as the rest, cared less. More
