My only issue is when finalizing the purchase Kody had already factured into my monthly loan payment a $2,995 for extended warranty coverage. When my boyfriend questioned why the need for additional warranty coverage when Kia offers a 5YR/60K mile warranty, Kody replied no it is 3YR or 36K miles. My boyfriend and I looked at each other puzzling. My boyfriend then said we thought is was 5YR/60K. Kody mentioned if the touch screen were to go out it could cost upto 2,500 to replace. So with that example we decided to take the extra coverage. The following day, Sunday, when my boyfriend was reading the window sticker it clearly stated 5YR/60K warranty. When checking the Kia website it states only AUDIO is 3YR/36K. Hence the touch screen example. So on Monday my boyfriend stops at the dealership and spoke to Kody requesting a refund for the $2,995. Yes, it will be refunded however, the intial monthly payment (including the additional warranty coverage) will remain the same and not be lowered. Not happy about that! We questioned the 3YR or 5YR and yet were told it was 3YR. We were misled and misinformed. However, Beatrice was great, patient and a delight to work with so we will definitely see her for our future vehicle purchases. More

I feel Boucher has changed, instead of being helpful, I feel it is more about how much money they can make...I brought it in for an issue that was caused by Boucher (stripped oil plug) and they charged me feel it is more about how much money they can make...I brought it in for an issue that was caused by Boucher (stripped oil plug) and they charged me for this even though it was an issue they did! Granted it was only $5.00 but they also wanted to charge me for an oil change ($70) that I was not even due for, I was not paying that and decided to wait until the next time I needed one to complete that service. I also brought it in for a clanking/rattle noise, that was unaddressed and unfixed. Basically this visit was non-productive. Very unhappy with Boucher as of late. More
