wanted to let people know about. On 8/27/22 we went to Frank Boucher Kia of Racine to look at a car before I got mine. The guy seemed nice he took a little video of the car and was willing to work with us. So I put a $500 check deposit to hold the car because it was a Saturday at 4 when I decided I wanted the car. So we made appt to come back Tuesday 8/30 to Finalize the deal. Well first they cashed the check at the salesman we were working with told us they would hold it and we could get it back if the deal didn’t go through. First lie. They cashed my check on Monday. Then they were going to give me 500 for my trade which it Kelly book lowest was 2000 . Next they couldn’t get the payment low enough for what I wanted cause they kept adding xxxx on my bill. So we told the that night we wanted our money back. They tell us that they would have to get a check and send it to us. The finance guy promised us that he would make sure it would go out the next day. 8/31/22. So we waited. And waited. Called and texted them we kept getting different sorry but was promised it was sent out Sept 1 from Az. So we waited some more. So for 3 weeks we waited. And I got my check today it was post marked 9/15/22 from there location and the check was dated 9/12/22. So morale of this story Frank Boucher Kia of Racine sales people and office people LIE and keep peoples money. If I didn’t keep bugging I don’t think I would have gotten my money back.
