The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local dealership. Very friendly reception and well taken care of. The waiting room was very clean and had a lot of different choices of drinks. Very inexperienced staff. I took my Kia there for an oil consumption test because we talked about getting an engine replacement to fix the ongoing issues. They ended up just c I took my Kia there for an oil consumption test because we talked about getting an engine replacement to fix the ongoing issues. They ended up just changing the oil without my consent and told me that there’s nothing they can do because they already changed the oil. After that, they told me to bring it back in 1000 miles for the third time. Their excuse was that they have a lot of new people who have a lot to learn. Unacceptable service and I will never be taking my car there again and not likely to purchase another Kia in my life. More

Knowing we drove down 3 1/2 hours to get our car when they knew we would be there by noon. We still had to wait 3 1/2 hours to do paperwork with no loan and paying cash. We could not get the total amount they knew we would be there by noon. We still had to wait 3 1/2 hours to do paperwork with no loan and paying cash. We could not get the total amount of what we had to write the check out for until we met with finance. They did not have even the car ready for us. Meaning it was being washed and checked over while we waited. None of the warranty or service checks were told to us. More
