The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local dealership. So, like a month ago, I went and got myself a Honda Accord from Patricia Carrick, the dealer. Her service, I gotta say, was pretty amazing! She's super friendly, crazy patient (I had to change our meetings a bunch), and totally straight-up about everything car-related. She's basically a customer service superhero! Now, here's where Patricia really SAVED MY DAY: I live about 30 minutes away from the dealership, and I had no way to get there to pick up my new ride. But get this, without me even asking, she offered to swing by my place and give me a lift to the dealership. That was a total lifesaver, and I seriously can't thank her enough for being so patient and kind. More
