Service dept Your service manager Hailey is very nice and I deal with her a lot cause of work vehicle. New truck I bought a used dodge ram, with in a month,water pump went bad ,the hood latch was broken resulting in auto start wouldn't start ,side view mirrors a I bought a used dodge ram, with in a month,water pump went bad ,the hood latch was broken resulting in auto start wouldn't start ,side view mirrors are discolored they will not replace them, i feel this is a safety issue, they must address,had to constantly put air in the tires everyday, serpentine belt was bad along with the idler bar. Only good thing was they covered the repair cost ! You can't tell me they checked this truck before i bought it. They may have sprayed belt dressing on the belt so it was quit for the test drive. And probably reset the computer so it wouldn't show any problems. so yeah, i wont be buying anymore vehicles from this place,and i will not recommend to anybody ! seems like they're just after the sale ! More
