Service man was very friendly and easy to get along with. I have no complaints with the dealership, I only have one concern that the replacement mat doesn't match the rest of my existing mats. I was actually bringing in my friends car who needed an oil change and few other things. He had spoken to Jericho but at the time I couldn't remember her name.. I told a young girl with dark hair at the service counter this. I asked if I was in the right area because I noticed when I parked the Volkswagen service area was across from where I was. I asked if I should go over there. The girl assured me that she would find out everything my friend had requested. She did not! They had only done the oil change and nothing else and told me the car was done.When I asked the girl at the counter if she checked on what my friend wanted done she was very rude. She said she did and that I now needed to go to the Volkswagen side because they don't check def there.or do some other things he wanted .I found out if she would have checked she would have sent me to the Volkswagen service when I got there. More

Used coupon and service was delivered. Young man that helped was nice, but obviously nervous. I had mentioned a concern possibly recall item and asked for it to be looked at. When I picked up the car he helped was nice, but obviously nervous. I had mentioned a concern possibly recall item and asked for it to be looked at. When I picked up the car he had forgotten to have it looked at. Other than that I would say all was fine. The only other recommendation I would suggest vacuuming the car along with a car wash for an added special touch. Although I work in customer service where you always go above and beyond. Original appointment to fix my issue was rescheduled because of Covid issues at the dealer ship, which was no big deal, so I dropped my vehicle off at the new time. My wife and to take time off work to because of Covid issues at the dealer ship, which was no big deal, so I dropped my vehicle off at the new time. My wife and to take time off work to so I could have a ride after dropping off the vehicle. This fix was only supposed to take an hour, so. Then I get a call an was told that nobody thought to order the replacement part, so I could either have my wife take more time off work to take me back to the dealership, or leave it over night. I decided to leave it overnight, so as not to inconvenience my wife. So basically, I was out the use of my car for a day, and was not offered an option of a loaner for a day. So my wife had to take more time off to take me back to the dealership the next day to pick up my vehicle. I could have used the driver service from the dealer, but with Covid I didn't want to take any changes. I also would have thought that the dealership would have given me a complimentary car wash for my inconvenience, but I guess that was to much to ask. More
