I told a young girl with dark hair at the service counter this. I asked if I was in the right area because I noticed when I parked the Volkswagen service area was across from where I was. I asked if I should go over there. The girl assured me that she would find out everything my friend had requested. She did not! They had only done the oil change and nothing else and told me the car was done.When I asked the girl at the counter if she checked on what my friend wanted done she was very rude. She said she did and that I now needed to go to the Volkswagen side because they don't check def there.or do some other things he wanted .I found out if she would have checked she would have sent me to the Volkswagen service when I got there.
