Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram VW of Janesville

Last time we will consider this store for our vehicle needs. We had previously purchased 4 units through Boucher for our business. Had relatively good experiences in all of those situations. However on our last 2 purchases for our our company in the last year, the experience has left a lot to be desired. The store has had some significant turnover in management and staff and the customer loyalty just isn't there any more. We were told by a manager when we were purchasing a Grand Cherokee in December that he didn't have time for us to prepare a quote. And here in June, getting a quote as we requested on a ProMaster was a chore and a half. On multiple occasions, I wasn't even addressed by my correct name. As a result, we have transitioned our business back to the Chrysler store in Rockford, IL. Really wouldn't recommend even looking here. More

Lied to us Purchased a used Honda Civic Hybrid from this dealership almost 2 years ago and when signing paperwork the gentleman informed me that repairs can be Purchased a used Honda Civic Hybrid from this dealership almost 2 years ago and when signing paperwork the gentleman informed me that repairs can be very costly on hybrids, very specifically the batteries. He highly recommended we purchase an extended warranty just in case something happened. We did purchase the warranty and were happy with the car. Recently the check engine light went on and we took it to the local Honda dealership ( Since Frank Boucher does not work on Hybrids) and we were told the battery was dying. I happily informed the dealership it was ok Boucher had sold us the warranty and we had been told it would cover the battery. When they called the warranty company to get approval for repairs they were informed that the warranty does not cover that battery ( the sole reason Boucher sold us the warranty) . We now have to pay $3225 to replace the battery- after we already paid almost $2000 for the warranty itself. When I spoke with a gentleman at Boucher he told me that they could return whatever remained of the policy if I wanted but that was it. I was furious that either the gentleman who sold us the car lied or did not know enough about what he was telling us and inadvertently lied to us. I will NEVER buy a car from them again and warn you to check every detail of your paperwork so that you don't fall victim either. More

Fantastic Buying Experience!! After a great test drive with Ana, I decided that this was going to be the Jeep I was going to purchase. Ana had me work with her manager, Tom, and today I'm the owner of that Jeep! When it was time to do the paperwork with Kara, it was the easiest, smoothest & quickest buying experience I've ever had!! I couldn't believe I was done in about 20 minutes with Kara for the paperwork! The last vehicle I bought at another dealership took many frustrating hours!! Before leaving, Ana took the time to show me some of the functions of the Jeep and then I was on my way.
