Normally I would have chosen a Dodge however After speaking with Jeremy Weathers and Jerry Davis we came to a conclusion that the German car would be most efficient and so far it has proven well In gas mileage for my daily commute to school. Any questions I had were immediately answered and the car I chose was the right one for My situation. I will return to this dealership when I need an upgrade. More

Manager caught in a lie Went to look at purchasing a new car from them today and I did my research prior to going in person. I had already purchased two trucks from them two Went to look at purchasing a new car from them today and I did my research prior to going in person. I had already purchased two trucks from them two years ago, so I had some loyalty. I was looking at two cars they had in stock, the Dodge Challenger. They were listed on the website at $20,729 and $25,255. I went in person to look at the cars and they had a higher price tag hanging on the rearview mirror, but I saw the above listed price on the salespersons computer as well when we were going over the features of both cars. I didn't bring it up because I wanted to see how honest they would be. They wrote up an offer for both vehicles $3,000 higher than the price they had on the internet. I pulled out my phone to check the internet price again to question them and low and behold, they actually raised both prices on the internet while I was sitting at the desk waiting for them to give me a price. This was at about 3pm. Everything about them was sickening that I just had to leave. I looked back at the cars online at about 10pm just to see and low and behold, they reduced both cars prices back down to $20,729 and $25,255. Snakes... And that's the way you treat a customer who has purchased two trucks from you just a couple years earlier. Never again. Kevin Kolovitz was the manager who did it. Not impressed with the morals or ethics. Shame on you. Update... I just posted this review around 1am and went back to look at the prices again at couple hours later figuring someone is monitoring these reviews. They just raised the prices back up! Took the screenshots as the evidence and posted it for hopefully others to see. You wonder why people say you can't trust a car salesperson... More

Service is Terrible! I bought a brand new Jeep from this dealership (pretty good experience). On my last oil change, I got 20 miles down the road and I had no oil in my ca I bought a brand new Jeep from this dealership (pretty good experience). On my last oil change, I got 20 miles down the road and I had no oil in my car! Took them over 2 hours to come out (said they had sent someone multiple times but clearly never did). Unfortunately my service experience was so bad that I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again! More

Absolutely dusgusted with service. Say you went out and put $5,000 down on a newer but used pickup truck. Then you brought the truck home and 2 weeks later the motor blows up. The catch is that the motor was already running rough but they patched it up and put it on their lot... now also say you paid $6k for a good engine warranty that would last the life of the loan.. well that’s great but when the truck breaks down they tell you it doesn’t cover it... but not right away! Oh no they wait until the truck has sat untouched on their lot for a month before they even bring it inside to work on it. And then when you say you want your money back because you need a vehicle they literally say “well that’s your problem, not mine” -Tom (lead salesman on staff). So now you’re left making a $900/month payment on a truck you haven’t seen in over a month and can’t even drive. Yes that’s the situation that’s going on right now. Don’t buy from Frank Boucher of Janesville, WI. They will not back up their warranty, and they will spit in your face once they have their money. The minute you sign the papers all customer service goes down the drain. It’s all about money for them. More
