Despite reassurances about this engine, I didn't take a long trip [800+ miles] in our new T & C as I read the break-in part of the owner's manual. Kyle was very flexible in meeting with me. I traveled 40 miles, twice, and had some time commitments & complications. Final price was very satisfactory, obviously. Financial signing/paperwork went smoothly. Wasn't buried or 'bullied'. Asked questions and got prompt answers. Wife's happy with the purchase!! More
Avoid this dealership! I purchased a used vehicle from them over 3 months ago and paid cash. They failed to disclose to me that their was a lien on the vehicle and have been lying to me for weeks as to wh them over 3 months ago and paid cash. They failed to disclose to me that their was a lien on the vehicle and have been lying to me for weeks as to why my vehicle hasn't been titled yet. The DMV has denied my title application and notified the dealership months ago. They are liars and thieves! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! More

When searching for a new Jetta, I was able to get the best price around at this dealership. However, communication and the customer service was not something I was happy with. I had issues getting verification on financing as well as detailed answers to the questions that I had about financing break-downs. At many times I was unaware of the process that was going on due to the lack of communication, such as if they were able to locate the car I wanted as well as when they could have it available for me to pick-up. I did not receive a call afterward to ask me how my car was other than an email. Overall, I would recommend this dealer if you are looking for a great deal. If customer service is of high priority, I would consider looking elsewhere as communication was lacking before and even after my purchase with follow up questions. More
