Fantastic Buying Experience!! After a great test drive with Ana, I decided that this was going to be the Jeep I was going to purchase. Ana had me work with her manager, Tom, and today I'm the owner of that Jeep! When it was time to do the paperwork with Kara, it was the easiest, smoothest & quickest buying experience I've ever had!! I couldn't believe I was done in about 20 minutes with Kara for the paperwork! The last vehicle I bought at another dealership took many frustrating hours!! Before leaving, Ana took the time to show me some of the functions of the Jeep and then I was on my way. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone that is local or not; I came from Milwaukee to work with this dealership based on the great reviews. Thank you to the great team at Frank Boucher!! More
Perfect Vehicle! Excellent Experience. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. To give you a little history, I stopped by the dealership a few years ago and the salesman was a jerk. As such I hadn't planned to return when purchasing this vehicle. That all changed after doing some research. I came across Pami, their internet specialist. She convinced me to stop in, set up an appointment and the rest is history. I met with Bruce Roman. We chatted a bit and was able to acquire my vehicle through a dealer trade. It was practically painless. When I came in to sign the paperwork the vehicle was prepped and ready. I had already worked out financing with my bank and thought i was coming in to sign the paperwork and pick up the Jeep later in the week. To my surprise they were able to process my paperwork which saved me a trip. It also allowed me to drive away with the Jeep that night! The loan processing did get a little mucked up but that may have been on the part of my Credit Union. Basically the loan just didn't get linked to my existing accounts. I was able to get that straightened out relatively easily. Everyone was courteous and friendly. We also ended up with a $100.00 gas card which was part of a promo that we didn't even know about. For all of the horror stories that I've read about such as negotiating the price and then being charged for add ons or an inflated interest rate - I saw none of that. Sure the add ons (extended warranty and coating and such) were mentioned but there was no pressure with them. End to end the process was relatively painless and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. A lemon turned to gold! I had bought a 2012 Dodge Avenger and gone in the last 3 months through so many repairs. I had the car for 16 months. Bruce Roman, Tom and Don Chesebo I had bought a 2012 Dodge Avenger and gone in the last 3 months through so many repairs. I had the car for 16 months. Bruce Roman, Tom and Don Cheseboro all saved me by almost nulling out the Avenger And I took home a BRAND NEW Dodge Dart. 2015 baby! I love it and I love Frank Boucher!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could I'd give Bruce 100000000 Gold stars for helping me through this. Don for being so sweet of a manager and Tom for helping return the rental!! I was very not happy and you all knew it. Yet you all went the extra mile to make sure I still loved you all! Be prepared to sell me every car I will ever want as well as my entire family and best of friends. Remember the rule of 250 Men. We are all in sales. At every funeral and wedding the average amount of guests is 250. We all know at least 250 people. Turn one off your turning off 250 more! Well, You just gained 250 from me. More
Worst Service Experience in 25 years! Made an appointment to have a "free" multi-point inspection to hopefully diagnose a/c problem (it wasn't working). They agreed it wasn't working (genius!), but for the low fee of $120 to run diagnostics we could pay to find out what the problem was, wink, wink. We checked around and ended up scheduling it with them. Guess what we were told? "Your a/c isn't working". When we asked why (which is our understanding of what a diagnoses is), we were told that we should drive it around for a couple of weeks and then bring it back in. At that time, they would know (think they had to consult an oracle that lived far away or something). We said we didn't have two weeks as we are moving to another state. Guess what? They still wanted the $120. To tell us exactly what we told them when we brought it in. $120 to diagnose, but no diagnoses given. The story is actually much longer and more convoluted and involves tears and temper tantrums, but you get the idea. Enter at your own risk... More

At first I was pretty satisfied, Ross helped me out and got the questions answered that I need. This was the only point at which I was happy. I then proceeded to purchase the car, to which they put a 3 day got the questions answered that I need. This was the only point at which I was happy. I then proceeded to purchase the car, to which they put a 3 day hold on to process my banks funds, it was almost a week until I recieved the car. I am about 2 months into ownership and now having transmission leaks and coolant leaks and had to purchase new tires already, to which none of are covered under their very vague warranty. Please do not get trapped by their schemes, or at least make sure they do an inspection on the car before you buy. More
