Had a great experience buying this vehicle. I will buy another vehicle from Frank Boucher. The salesman (Curt Colson) was great to work with and he answered all the questions that my wife and I had. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that we were never told they were running a promotion that weekend for an IPAD with any purchase of a new vehicle that weekend. Called them on it and Curt said that we got such a great deal on the vehicle that we wouldn't get the IPAD. Overall a great experience buying a vehicle (would've been even better had we recieved the IPAD though!) More

I would be very careful when dealing with Sam (in finance). I was suppose to be the co-signer on my daughters car and somehow I ended up the owner and she ended up the co-signer. They failed to tell me this even referring to me as the cosigner during the whole transaction. It wasn't until I got home that day that I realized different. When I called , Sam said it gave her a better rate! Sam was pushy but polite my first visit to the dealer when we bought a VW Jetta. My second visit to cancel my Gap insurance he wasn't as friendly and I subsequently did not cancel the GAP. On my 3rd visit after the car was traded in he was extremely rude and unhelpful, all I wanted to do was cancel the GAP and extended warranty since I no longer owned the vehicle. I would definitly NOT EVER buy from this dealer again!!!! More

Called dealership and spoke with Bob Ucker and confirmed pricing and that vehicle would be transported from Racine Wisconsin to Janesville. Bob complete the most effective and complete review of my new VW Jetta TDI that I have ever had. The dealership experience is by far the best ever. I have had deliveries by Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Oldsmobile, Pontiac and have never had what I would considered a better delivery experience. Our VW was rear-ended at low speed. Boucher had the lowest price estimate for REPLACING parts, and they are in the town we live in, so we went with them. The "fix" looked great, but the service/body ma lowest price estimate for REPLACING parts, and they are in the town we live in, so we went with them. The "fix" looked great, but the service/body manager stated he did not have the receipts for the parts yet, and they would be in the mail to us. About 3 weeks later the exact areas which had impact on the rear bumper are peeling paint. Instead of using a replacement bumper cover as they quoted, they used a heat gun on the old one for straightening, and then painted it. Furthermore, we were looking at actually trading the car in for a new TDI. Their sales manager would literally NOT get out of his chair to give us the time of day to talk about trade-in value, or the TDI Jetta Wagon we were interested in sitting on their lot! The most bizzare "sales experience" we have ever seen-blow off the customers!? Rip off their insurance company with outright fraud? It is unfortunate that this attitude and culture at this dealership is supported by 15 other Boucher dealerships. We drove across town to the Rock Co. Honda dealership who REALLY wanted our business. More
