Avoid this dealership! I purchased a used vehicle from them over 3 months ago and paid cash. They failed to disclose to me that their was a lien on the vehicle and have been lying to me for weeks as to wh them over 3 months ago and paid cash. The DMV has denied my title application and notified the dealership months ago. They are liars and thieves! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! More

When searching for a new Jetta, I was able to get the best price around at this dealership. However, communication and the customer service was not something I was happy with. I had issues getting verification on financing as well as detailed answers to the questions that I had about financing break-downs. At many times I was unaware of the process that was going on due to the lack of communication, such as if they were able to locate the car I wanted as well as when they could have it available for me to pick-up. I did not receive a call afterward to ask me how my car was other than an email. Overall, I would recommend this dealer if you are looking for a great deal. If customer service is of high priority, I would consider looking elsewhere as communication was lacking before and even after my purchase with follow up questions. More
