Absolutely dusgusted with service. Say you went out and put $5,000 down on a newer but used pickup truck. Then you brought the truck home and 2 weeks later the motor blows up. The catch Say you went out and put $5,000 down on a newer but used pickup truck. Then you brought the truck home and 2 weeks later the motor blows up. The catch is that the motor was already running rough but they patched it up and put it on their lot... now also say you paid $6k for a good engine warranty that would last the life of the loan.. well that’s great but when the truck breaks down they tell you it doesn’t cover it... but not right away! Oh no they wait until the truck has sat untouched on their lot for a month before they even bring it inside to work on it. And then when you say you want your money back because you need a vehicle they literally say “well that’s your problem, not mine” -Tom (lead salesman on staff). So now you’re left making a $900/month payment on a truck you haven’t seen in over a month and can’t even drive. Yes that’s the situation that’s going on right now. Don’t buy from Frank Boucher of Janesville, WI. They will not back up their warranty, and they will spit in your face once they have their money. The minute you sign the papers all customer service goes down the drain. It’s all about money for them. More

Last time we will consider this store for our vehicle needs. We had previously purchased 4 units through Boucher for our business. Had relatively good experiences in all of those situations. However on our last 2 purchases for our our company in the last year, the experience has left a lot to be desired. The store has had some significant turnover in management and staff and the customer loyalty just isn't there any more. We were told by a manager when we were purchasing a Grand Cherokee in December that he didn't have time for us to prepare a quote. And here in June, getting a quote as we requested on a ProMaster was a chore and a half. On multiple occasions, I wasn't even addressed by my correct name. As a result, we have transitioned our business back to the Chrysler store in Rockford, IL. Really wouldn't recommend even looking here. More

Lied to us Purchased a used Honda Civic Hybrid from this dealership almost 2 years ago and when signing paperwork the gentleman informed me that repairs can be Purchased a used Honda Civic Hybrid from this dealership almost 2 years ago and when signing paperwork the gentleman informed me that repairs can be very costly on hybrids, very specifically the batteries. He highly recommended we purchase an extended warranty just in case something happened. We did purchase the warranty and were happy with the car. Recently the check engine light went on and we took it to the local Honda dealership ( Since Frank Boucher does not work on Hybrids) and we were told the battery was dying. I happily informed the dealership it was ok Boucher had sold us the warranty and we had been told it would cover the battery. When they called the warranty company to get approval for repairs they were informed that the warranty does not cover that battery ( the sole reason Boucher sold us the warranty) . We now have to pay $3225 to replace the battery- after we already paid almost $2000 for the warranty itself. When I spoke with a gentleman at Boucher he told me that they could return whatever remained of the policy if I wanted but that was it. I was furious that either the gentleman who sold us the car lied or did not know enough about what he was telling us and inadvertently lied to us. I will NEVER buy a car from them again and warn you to check every detail of your paperwork so that you don't fall victim either. More
