My wife and I had a appointment to have service work done on her 2015 jeep Cherokee Latitude with 51000 miles on it ( FYI has never gave us a bite of trouble )that we bought from you folks(one of 3) and as w on her 2015 jeep Cherokee Latitude with 51000 miles on it ( FYI has never gave us a bite of trouble )that we bought from you folks(one of 3) and as we finished up with the service girl, My Wife says do we have time to go in and look at NEW ones, I said of course, My wifes life dream as been to own a Grand Cherokee WITH A SUN ROOF, so it was love at first sight when she saw the 2020 Grand CHEROKEE LIMITED X with the Slate Blue Pearl coat and the commandview Dual Pane Panoramic Sunroof, we looked it all over and both loved it, Troy Pronschinske came over and introduced himself and right off the bat we both liked him and wanted to fined our more about the Limited X. For the next 2.5 hours we talked, test drove a Grand Cherokee Limited x in white and my wife Lynor LOVED IT and the hole test drive Troy was telling us all about the Grand Cherokee Limited x. We sat down and talked dollars and cents, Lynor told Troy right off the get go she had a budget and had to stick with it, he showed her the cost and she knew she could not swing that amount, Troy new just how bad Lynor wanted and dreamed about owning a Grand Cherokee that Troy sat back in his chair for a few seconds and said i have a idea, be right back, few minutes later Troy comes back and says HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT LEASING A CAR, we both said NO !!! Troy said WAIT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT ONE, well long story short, at 5pm we walked into that show room and 8.30 pm my wife was the HAPPIEST PERSON IN THE WORLD with her NEW 2020 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED X, ALL THANKS TO TROY PRONSCHINSKE AND THE AWESOME KNOWLEDGE of his job and the ABILITY TO TO MAKE A FINANCIAL DEAL TO HELP MY WITH HER DREAM VEHICLE!!!!!!! Overall very happy with the service the team provided. I did have an issue after I picked up my vehicle that resulted in an ear piercing sound.
