Plenty of waiting room. Took 1.5 hours on a Friday morning to get oil change. Car wash was terrible. Poor communication about what was going on and where we needed to be. I don't even know what else they have up the sleeve. I came across these so I mentioned those. Now I am emailing/calling (Since Sep14th) but in VAIN.
