Service experience was superb. However, while driving home, I heard a clunk under my card. Something (oil pan cover?) was not attached properly and it is now hanging towards the ground. Brought new (2019) Jeep in to fix radio. You had it for 3 hours and called and told me you would have to order a new radio. I was told it would take a couple of weeks.
