Service on my Cadillac all work done well. Oil changed and tire repaired. Tech did a temporary repair on tire but suggested replacement of damaged tire. I replaced all 4 tir all work done well. Oil Change and recalls Made an appointment for oil change and have recalls done. had 3 recalls and only 2 were done. the program for brakes not available at this time. even Made an appointment for oil change and have recalls done. had 3 recalls and only 2 were done. the program for brakes not available at this time. even though recite said it was done. And no oil change was done. Just out of parking lot and checked recite and noticed oil wasn't changed so returned to service center and questioned why it wasn't done and after staring at screen was told it will be changed right away. I expect more out of Boucher Chevrolet than that. I only have been doing business with you for 20 plus years. More

I love the service that is done on my vehicle, which is why I keep returning. Although, something has to be said about the customer service. As you pull into the service department & get out of your vehicl why I keep returning. Although, something has to be said about the customer service. As you pull into the service department & get out of your vehicle, no one acknowledges you...NO ONE! I ended up standing next to my car trying to figure out who to go to or what to do. Look up, nod, wave, telling me someone will be with me in a minute...something!! Makes you feel very awkward. More

friendly accomodating I was late for my 12:00 appt. I was so relieved that they agreed they would make it work. WIth the construction around Fox Comm area at KR and hwy I was late for my 12:00 appt. I believe I was also pondering the glaze ice that was anticipated and the temperature. The only I now have a question on is did the tires get rotated or not? so if I was late........maybe that didnt get done. Nothing was said. I was told all ok, and that fluids were topped off. The temp went up enough that I got a free car rinse off which is always good!?!? Thank you for understanding not everything runs by the clock even so hard as we try. More
