3 - years running, same problem, no fix. I have been dealing with the same problem for about 3-years now. A known (previous) issue from a previous owner was somehow given to me. (How this car was certified I have no idea) They have tried: alignments new tires (3 times) new rims (3 only?) brakes/rotors software updates I have spent much of my time chasing these people down trying to get appointments, over and over.. leaving work early,. taking days off.. for YEARS. I do not get follow up calls (I need to call them, even when they has stated they would call me) I have been told I have appointments only to show up and not have one.. or not have a car available for me. They have lost my keys once too. The list really goes on and on... and yet here I am STILL trying to get this issues taken care of. I left a message days ago saying that the problem is STILL not fixed.. and have yet to get a return call. I was left waiting for a response for over 3 months.. Told there was a GM 'strike' that cause there to be no parts available or loaner cars available?? I was to get a text when things were ready again.... After 1.5 months.. "I" had to call them them (AGAIN) and follow up with getting an appointment. Should it really take 3 years to fix a problem that was brought up the first WEEK I purchased the car? I have tried to contact Cadillac Customer Care as well (twice).. they only want me to bring it back tot he dealer.. (where nothing happens) 3rd Cadillac I have owned in my life. It will be my last. Extremely disappointed with Frank Boucher dealership and the office Cadillac Customer Care service. More

New Hallmark Movie: Christmas at Boucher I have 4 months left on a 4-year lease on my 2016 Malibu. I wanted to get it ready for Mother Nature and Old Man Winter. I called late last week, and I have 4 months left on a 4-year lease on my 2016 Malibu. I wanted to get it ready for Mother Nature and Old Man Winter. I called late last week, and talked to Michael Wichgers, and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 9 AM. I got there at 9. It was very busy, but the garage door opened promptly for me and I was able to get in. Michael was at his station and came over right away.to welcome me. I was ushered to his desk and he showed me a special promotion that Boucher had that would get the car fully winterized I also gave him a list of a few other things to check on. I indicated I would be waiting and was escorted to the customer lounge. There I was able to work at a table at writing Christmas cards, as I was drinking a nice cup of coffee that was provided. I was expecting a long wait because it was busy, but a little after 10 Michael came in that my car was ready. How pleased was I? Well, I was so pleased that instead of leaving, I drove my fully winterized car around the corner and parked it outside the showroom so that I could go in and check out my next vehicle, because I knew there was no doubt that I would continue leasing through Boucher. As I mention every time I go in, to anyone who will listen, I love the Chevrolet car, I appreciate the sales department and all the other employees, but I treasure the most the Boucher Chevrolet Service Dept. under the guidance of John Kaiser and his crew. The are friendly, conscientious, professional, thorough, and expert in the service they provide to their customers and their vehicles. Anyhow, I spotted a beautiful blue Trax with a bright red bow on the hood and, as I was looking it over, was approached by a salesman who was able to answer all my questions. His name was Luke. That was very ironic, because that very morning at Church, we had heard the Gospel of St. Matthew on the lineage of Jesus through Joseph. I had asked the priest after Mass about Mary's lineage, and he said, "You have to go to Luke for that." And as Luke was helping me pick out my next car, I couldn't help but remember Father Joseph's prophetic advice: "You have to go to Luke." And as I was working with Luke, I told him that the main reason I was going to lease again through Boucher was the great Service Center! Thanks to Luke and to Nick Nelson, the Sales Manager for exploring all the options to make an offer that covered all my needs but was within my budget.I actually was able to make a deal on my next car that same day. I'm going to lease a 2020 Trax. I'd also like to ackowledge and thank Michael Retzlaff, who helped me with my last lease and also answered questions back in the Fall that helped me consider the Trax. I'd like to thank Chris Tessmer for coming over to greet and talk to me. I had received written communications from him about the possibility of turning in my Malibu early before the lease was over. And I'd like to thank Robert David, for getting me a cup of coffee with plenty of sugar and Mark Towne, whom I previously had for a couple of earlier leases, for his coming over to talk to me. Everyone at Boucher was friendly and courteous, and I couldn't help but notice that makes such an impression to a customer to notice the team approach, rather than feeling a sense of jealousy or greediness or competition among the sales members. They are all in support of one another in order to make the best experience for the customer! And so another Christmas Hallmark movie ends happily ever after, thanks to Boucher's great service department and sales team. More
2nd time around I came to Frank Boucher service department a couple of weeks ago telling them that I believe I need a new battery since I wasn’t able to start my car I came to Frank Boucher service department a couple of weeks ago telling them that I believe I need a new battery since I wasn’t able to start my car and needed a jump and hard to start thereafter. Needless to say I was told battery was good but let do a diagnostic check over night. The shuttle service was wonderful. The next day car is fine, here’s the bill... Went home car is still having trouble starting went to batteries plus. They checked my battery and told me that I needed a new one. Went back to the service department and told them to recheck the battery because I’m still having issues. I was right the first time. Battery was bad and I needed a new one. I wish it would have been fixed the first time but I’m just glad it was fixed. Staff are all very nice and apologetic with a discount. Lol I would still recommend the service department. More
