Everyone is really nice in the Service Center. I cannot remember the yong man (Hans?) that has helped me the last couple of times, but his station is first on the left side when you drive in. I have worked with Mike Wichgers a few times in the past and always found him to be knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Thus time communication could have been better. After a few days I called to check on the progress of my repair. I left a message. Several hours later I had to call again to discuss progress with him. People get busy and maybe my call got overlooked, I can understand how those things happen. When he did call when it was time to pick up my car, I did indicate I had a few questions. He told me to stop in after 5:30. When I got there I learned he had already left. I was disappointed about that. More
