Gerald, We are extremely sorry that you have not had the best experience with our service department. We have reviewed the entire history and confirm that there were multiple issues with the vehicle that were either inherent to the vehicle and/or which were very difficult to duplicate or diagnose. We apologize for keeping the vehicle for much longer than you expected, but in many instances, we were simply trying to observe the reported conditions and were having some difficulty doing so under a variety of conditions and at different times. We did our best to accommodate you with the use of a suitable loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs, and even though you did experience an unacceptable number of service visits, the majority of the repairs/visits/work was performed under warranty. By our records, you have incurred minimal, if any, out of pocket expenses directly related to repairing your vehicle during the more than three (3) years and more than 30,000 miles of ownership since you purchased the vehicle in November 2016. We stand ready, willing and able to continue to service your vehicle to the best or our ability and will strive to do a much better job of communicating with you and especially keeping you informed as to what we are doing and why.
