Service My service has always been great! My complaint is when checking in at the service desks NO ONE ever looks at me in the face. This has been every tim My service has always been great! My complaint is when checking in at the service desks NO ONE ever looks at me in the face. This has been every time I have checked in for the last 2 years. I am always reminded why I will not come back again. This past visit on 6/22 I had a very nice new to me gentleman help me & did look at me. I actually felt like a customer and not a number. Is it because I am a woman. I have also had better communication with Ken Kuhfuss and I do feel like he hears me & cares what I have to say. PS: Amanda Kubicki is GREAT!!! More

It was just for a oil change I really don't have anything good or bad to say as it was for a oil change.
