Vehicle not working correctly at delivery I can not believe the people who prepared my car for delivery do not know how a clutch is supposed to work. I called the service department about the clutch that is very slow to engage. He said it was normal for a performance Camaro. At least the manager that greeted me at the service center agreed. It has now been in your garage longer than mine. This issue should have been noticed before delivery. Does anybody actually drive these cars to test them. My new car experience is at ZERO now. I hope it can be repaired the first try but when the service people did not know it was wrong, what chance of the repair being correct? Also, the owners manual, second key and tire inflation kit are no where to be found. I am very disappointed after spending $65,000 . The sales person, Charlie, was helpful to me. I enjoyed working with him. More
The body shop at Frank Boucher is awesome!!! Everything was easy. Got an estimate, contacted my insurance, body shop contacted me back, brought my car in and had it back the same day I brought it in!!! Dyl was easy. Everyone is really nice in the Service Center. I cannot remember the yong man (Hans?) that has helped me the last couple of times, but his station is first on the left side when you drive in.
