I had an engine power reduced and service Stabilitrack system alarm. Called Boucher, they were able to look at the car the next day. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. This was covered by system alarm. Called Boucher, they were able to look at the car the next day. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. I had my car back the next day and repairs as well as some other service work that I asked to have done was completed quickly and correctly. Why would I have my car serviced anywhere else. Service above and beyond. I always take my vehicle to Boucher for maintenance. Service is the best and everyone one there is always welcoming me. We used the shuttle service l I always take my vehicle to Boucher for maintenance. Service is the best and everyone one there is always welcoming me. We used the shuttle service last time. We had our protective masks on and the wife took hers off when we pulled into the driveway. She wears hearing aids and one of them was caught in the elastic when she removed it and the hearing aid fell somewhere in the vehicle. We looked for about 10 min. but the driver had to pick someone else up, he said he will look for it when he returns to Boucher. I called the manager, told him what happened, he said he will have the detail shop look. nothing was found. The next day my wife and I went back to Boucher and asked if we could go through the vehicle again. Manager said no problem. We have a blue tooth program that shows last location of hearing aid and always showed Frank Boucher location. We finally found the aid. Boucher held the vehicle until we were satisfied one way or the other. They used another vehicle for customers. How awesome. Boucher did not have to be so cooperative because they are a business. It is because they are totally for the customer. They drive with you every mile. awesome, awesome auto dealer. More
